Left-Wing Group Offers Bounties For Locations Of Supreme Court Justices

Bounties have been offered for the location of the United States Supreme Court Justices residence – offered up by a left-wing activist group.

ShutDownDC made the offer via Twitter, with cash rewards ranging from $50 to $200 for any information relating to sightings of Justice John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, and Amy Coney Barrett.

Of course, Twitter has done nothing about the tweet that obviously goes against their own policies, which prohibits users from inciting violence or encouraging others to harass another individual and Twitter’s policy states:

“We prohibit behavior that encourages others to harass or target specific individuals or groups with abusive behavior,” also noting “This includes, but is not limited to; calls to target people with abuse or harassment online and behavior that urges offline action such as physical harassment.”

Justice Brett Kavanaugh was already the victim of harassment while dining out, after the left-wing groups staged a “protest” at Morton’s Steakhouse in downtown Washington D.C last week.

Kavanaugh was forced to exit out of a backdoor and the restaurant issued a statement which condemned the actions of ShutDownDC, stating, “Honorable Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh and all of our other patrons at the restaurant were unduly harassed by unruly protestors while eating dinner at our Morton’s restaurant.”

It added, “Politics, regardless of your side or views, should not trample the freedom at play of the right to congregate and eat dinner. There is a time and place for everything. Disturbing the dinner of all of our customers was an act of selfishness and void of decency.”

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said when asked about the incident, “We have said that we want to see peaceful protests,” adding “When it comes to intimidation, that is something that we have condemned.”

“[The president] has signed a piece of legislation making sure that they have the protection that they need,” Jean-Pierre continued.

Reporter from Fox News Peter Doocy, interjected Jean-Pierre, “But you never said, ‘Don’t go to their houses,” adding, “So, it’s okay if protesters know that a justice is out to eat at a restaurant that they can go and protest, as long as they are what you consider peaceful,” Doocy further questioned, asking “where’s the line?”

“If it’s outside of a restaurant, if it’s peaceful, for sure.” Jean-Pierre replied.

Democrats have continuously encouraged protests of Supreme Court Justices, despite neighbors of the justices saying that they also were subjected to abuse, insults and threats of violence by those picketing the justices outside their homes – also highly illegal.

President Joe Biden was also one those who urged pro-abortion advocates to “keep protesting” and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg shockingly said that the targeting of Kavanaugh was acceptable.

A Supreme Court Marshall has asked local and state officials to take control of the situation and stop the harassment of the Justices outside their homes, noting that “threatening activity has only increased.”

  1. Where are the U.S. Marshalls ? The SCOTUS judges are Federal employees. Federal Statutes are clearly being violated, all arrest able offenses for Harassing & intima dating the Judges. Why is the Supreme Court Marshall asking State & Local authorities to do the U.S. Marshalls job? Taxpayers get a triple whammy when state & local are called to do the Feds job, which taxpayers fund as well. U.S. Marshalls need to drop a pair & go bust heads of the protesters at Judges home & arrest them, if they can’t handle it. then call in the National guard, fully armed to the hilt & remove the law breakers. Seems the Supreme Court Marshall needs to drop a pair & do it. Instead of setting up State & Locals for law suits.

    1. Where are the arrests, this is not a free speech issue. These are domestic terrorists. They should be treated as such. The left has stretched the law for 40 years, finally we get common sense back, and they can’t handle it.

  2. Pete Buttafooko thinks targeting Supreme Court Justices is acceptable? I remember when beating up queers was considered acceptable. Maybe we need to return to those times…
