Federal Gov’t Set to GRIP More CONTROL Over Crypto, Biden WORSENS Supply Chain With MORE “VAX” TYRANNY; Farmers REDUCING FOOD SUPPLY Due to SKYROCKETING Fertilizer Prices, Playstation Inventor: “Metaverse” Will Lead to ISOLATION

According to a report from Bloomberg, the Biden Administration is trying to make itself the central figure for government controlled cryptocurrency.

Federal agencies have been given the task force assessing the risks and benefits that may come from dealing in digital currency and senior administration officials have held several meetings to draft out what will be presented as an executive order.

Biden is facing growing pressure to lead on this issue and there are often complaints by industry executives that U.S law lacks clarity and that China and other nations who use government backed coins could make the dollar lose significant value.

TRUCK DRIVERS TAKE A STAND AT THE BORDER

And while Biden dithers over giving the Fed more control over America’s money, the supply chain is being dealt a huge blow.

Canadian truck drivers who are refusing to get the WuFlu vax, have blocked a highway entering the United States from Canada both ways, after a new government law came into effect essentially banning unvaxxed drivers from crossing the border into the U.S, with one driver holding a sign which said “Mandate Freedom!”

The supply chain is on a knife edge, and the tyrannical rules, that are being arbitrarily made by Biden and Trudeau, Canada’s Prime Minister, are setting both economies on a road to disaster.

Shelves are empty, manufacturers are at a standstill thanks to lack of parts and businesses are unable to operate because of the shortages. Instead of coming up with a solution,  truckers are instead locked out from delivering goods.

FARMERS ARE GETTING PRICED OUT OF GROWING

Exacerbating the issue, is the farmers who have been forced to grow less because of the rising cost of fertilizer. Higher fertilizer costs are making it far too difficult for farmers to grow their produce.

Of course with the rising costs to grow, comes rising costs to the consumer, who are about to see a huge jump in prices very soon at the stores. Food prices have hit a decade high.

This doesn’t just affect the first world. The food shortages seen in America, will be far worse in developing countries, who are already struggling thanks to two years worth of endless lockdowns from covid. According to Texas A&M University, fertilizer has risen well over 80 percent since last year.

Brant Wilbourn, an associate director for the Texas Farm Bureau said,“Fertilizer basically already accounts for about 30 to 35 percent of farmers’ operating costs on their farm,” said Wilbourn, “Fertilizer prices have risen dramatically over the past year.”

The rising costs have already affected demand and the International Fertilizer Development Center in Sub-Saharan Africa, said that the demand could fall as much as 30 percent, which would cause 30 million metric tons less food being produced. This would feed around 100 million people in total.

Josef Schmidhuber, deputy director of the trade and markets division of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, said, “Lower fertilizer use will inevitably weigh on food production and quality, affecting food availability, rural incomes, and the livelihoods of the poor.”

BACK IN THE WEST, PEOPLE ARE AT RISK OF FALLING INTO ISOLATION

Former Sony executive and ‘Father of the Playstation’, Ken Kutaragi has said that he “can’t see the point” of the metaverse, because it drives people into isolation from the real world.

The 71 year old, who now heads Ascent Robotics, a Tokyo based A.I startup said, “being in the real world is very important, but the metaverse is about making quasi-real in the virtual world, and I can’t see the point of doing it,”

“You would rather be a polished avatar instead of your real self? That’s essentially no different from anonymous message board sites.”

Kutaragi said that the “annoying headsets” would isolate people further and further from the real world and that he wants to develop a technology that would allow the user to still be aware of their surroundings, and let them socialize remotely without needing headgear.
